Premier Plant is the sales division of Tool Care Hire, one of the southwest’s largest independent hire companies. Operating from our head office in Marsh Barton, Exeter, we specialize in the buying and selling of quality plant and equipment to the construction industry.
All items that we purchase are subject to a full inspection and repaired if necessary in our workshop. Having recently moved to larger premises we have acquired our own paint shop, so should you wish for plant to be prepared in your livery we are able to provide a quotation for this facility.
