It isn´t our aim to purchase the machine to a client only but also to provide full after sales service through a quality service activities.Therefore we ensure service activity by guarantee and after guarantee repairs not only through products sold by ourselves but also through machines of other signs which were transported to the Czech Republic individually. Our highly trained technicians have got long term experience with the service of building machines and apparatuses and they provide some quality appliances and diagnostic apparatuses. The education training of technicians proceeds regularly at the producers or at the importers of several signs.
In the case that client can´t deliver the machine at any reason to our service, the mechanic drives out to the place who diagnoses the defect and repairs it – if it is possible – just at the place. It is possible to use services of our contract business service partners if there are larger repairs there.
